Essential browser storage
- bb-consent-v1: remembers your analytics choice and the date it was saved, until you clear it or change it.
- bb-enquiry-receipt: stores your successful enquiry reference temporarily in session storage. It ends with your browser session.
Authentication for the restricted team inbox may use hosting-platform security cookies. Public visitors do not need to sign in to enquire.
Optional analytics
When allowed, first-party analytics records page paths and a small set of actions. There are no advertising trackers or analytics identifiers stored on your device. Events do not contain your enquiry details or device fingerprints. Events expire after 90 days and are removed on the next event request.
Rejecting analytics does not stop browsing or enquiries. Withdrawing consent stops future optional events. Existing aggregate event information is not linked to an individual visitor.
